I am a PhD student at the Language Technologies Institute in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. I am fortunate to be co-advised by Prof Zachary Lipton and Prof Jeffrey Bigham. My current research interests lie in AI safety, pretraining, and summarization, with a special focus on applications in the medical domain. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur in 2016, and have also worked in the industry at Adobe, Amazon, Google and Abridge.
